ASCP Plan failure

Hi all ,
In SCP we have alerts defined to send emails for error ed jobs.

Demantra user is complain why "why we haven't received any alerts all along"



The last time alert ran was  31-Jan-13

Can you please  let me know .. what exactly the issue  and why it is getting failed.


 Our Goal is to make create alerts in Oracle so that we can get alerts for any failed job/ Program.

Is there any perl script we or PL - SQL code  to build this feature in our environment
