EPM System Configurator

 I am trying to patch my system with 11.1.2.1.600 and I am currently going through the Shared Services set.  In the ReadMe, there is a step that says to use the EPM System Configurator to redeploy Shared Services and Workspace.  I go through the steps and on the Progress screen it stays at 0% with nothing complete.  I looked in the configtool.txt and as of right now the last time it was modified was 20 minutes ago and the last entry was: [2013-06-04T13:23:15.191-04:00] [EPMCFG] [NOTIFICATION] [EPMCFG-02125] [oracle.EPMCFG] [tid: 22] [ecid: 0000JwGD_TG4ioo5GVt1if1HfXyK000007,0] [SRC_CLASS: com.hyperion.cis.utils.zip.ZipUtils] Finish extracting. TIME: 26 seconds
