Translations in eTax

Hello,

I'm using 12.1.3 and I need to translate to diferent languages the Tax Rate Description. In some screens of other applications ( example Inventory) there is a translation icon and it's possible to put the translation for the languages installed in the system, in eTax can't find it.

There is any way to translate the Tax Rate Description?

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
