Is it possible to use ADI to upload journals in 11.0.3

Hello,

Please help, an acquired company is on 11.0.3 and manually inputting GL journals.  Do you know if it is possible to use Web ADI in this Oracle version and how we could go about getting the necessary ADI version if so?  They aren't scheduled to migrate to our 11.5.10.2 Oracle currently.
