Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Order to Installation Task Interface - Step Set up appointment for installation

Hi,

I was going through the last version of the bookshelf for the Order Management and I came across a Task Interface called Order to Installation.

It says that it provides a Task UI for Communications in order to rapidly capture an order.

The questions comes regarding the last task: Set up an appointment for installation with the customer.

I'm in a discussion with the client with precisely that so I wanted to get access to this functionality.

The thing is I can't seem to have access to the Task UI.

I can't find it browsing the objects in Tools and I can't even get more documentation about it.
