Distribution AAI 3120 Invalid, Blank Cost Type

Dear All,
While running R31804 - Variance Journal Entries for the specific, it retruns Distribution AAI 3120 Invalid, Blank Cost Type.

Even I have entered the D1 cost type in the P3112 WO routing operation sequence.

Still the problems persist. You are immediate response required.
