APPS.MSC_ATP_PUB package is invalid.

Issue:
- We have recently applied patch – 14351003 and since then we are noticing few problems related to Sales Order Processing.
- Comparing with another instance there are few invalid MSC objects in the instance and one of the standard object - APPS.MSC_ATP_PUB – Seems to be contributing to this issue.
- Standard Compilation is not working for this object:
- Errors below:
SQL> alter package APPS.MSC_ATP_PUB compile body;
Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.
SQL> show errors
Errors for PACKAGE BODY APPS.MSC_ATP_PUB:
LINE/COL ERROR

2953/9 PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
