Mozilla Crash when opening the Create Accounting Output in Oracle Asset

Hi Guys,
Please help me, my mozilla crash every time I tried to view the output of Create Accounting in Oracle Asset. The report status is Completed Warning. I've tried also to used other computers to login but the mozilla still crashing after I viewed the output.
