Hi,

What are all setup steps to launch a workflow notification to person to whom service request is assigned.

What workflow type to be selected for this while defining SR type. Also find attached screenshot for this.

Also tell me similar setups for task assignment workflow (i.e. notification to the person to whom task is assigned).
