change coloue of title bar in PY

hi,

 we are using the PD and PY enviornment but since both of them looks same , so by mistake the entries are made in PD instead of PY.

So i need to change the colour of the  title bar to red colour which is presently in blue colour, so that i can differentita between both the envoirnments.

please tekll me the set up for the same.
