Unable to avoid special characters in excel through RTF

 Dear Guru's,
There is a RTF report on bank accounts, in turn the report data will be used to upload into third party systems.

The rtf report in excel produced with some special characters like (?000123456789?).

I have used LTR funtion while creating this rtf for this field, so that leading ZERO's will be present.

Please suggest a solution, how can these special characters can be avoided in excel output.
