Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Cancelled Invoice is still having Invoice Amount

Hi,

We have an invoice which has been cancelled but the Invoice amount is not changed to zero when the invoice has been cancelled.

The 10360292 and 16797965 patches are applied but still the issue is not resolved.
