API to insert credit card record in R12 ( AP_CARDS_ALL, IBY_CREDITCARD )

Hi,

We want to bring employ credit card information into R12 and according to our understanding we need to insert data  in AP_CARDS_ALL, IBY_CREDITCARD tables.

Do we have any API to do this .
