Removing CRLF Characters from Long Text field

Dear All,

Our users massively copy paste data into Subject field of Service Request. Very often they get CRLF error message as there are blank, extra characters or rows in the content.

Is there any option to set up validation on such text field OR to automatically remove CRLF when saving SR?
