Need to Hide dff segment in “Lines : additional information” in istore

We have enabled additional information at shopping cart level so that order capture related dff segments will be vsiible at istore shopping cart level.Now we got a requirement that few segments needs to be available only for quoting and in istore those segments should not abe availale as istore user should not able to update those segments only quoting agent should be able to update those segments.Please let us know is there a way to hide few segments in istore while using order capture dff
