Update Transaction Tax Icon Is Greyed Out for Supplier Type Employee

Hi All,

Update Transaction Tax Icon Is Greyed Out for Supplier Type Employee.We are unable to view the Transaction tax Button under Tax and Reporting  -supplier site.

Please let us know if there is setup missing.
