error while creating Debit memos in AP for RTS transactions

Hi,

We are doing a Purchase return. The supplier site is enabled with 'Create Debit Memo from RTS Transaction'.

While doing the Receiving, Receiving Transaction Processor triggered automatically but the Debit memo is not created.

 The Receiving Transaction Processor shows the below error.

[05-JUN-13 14:17:41] po.src.rvtp.rvtuq.RVTUQ.C.10184:         Debit Memo creation errroed out
[05-JUN-13 14:17:41] po.src.rvtp.rvtuq.RVTUQ.C.10184:         ORA-01458: invalid length inside variable character string

How to resolve this error?

Attached please find the Transaction processor log.
