Case is not opening from 'Case Worker'-->'Agent Dashboard'

Hi,

I have created a case from 'Case Worker'-->'Agent Dashboard'. Number is generated and it is also listed in 'My Cases' list. But when I am opening that case, next page is coming as '

Error Page

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.'

This Case is opening from 'Find SR' in customer support resp.

Can anyone tell me possible reason for this. How can this case can open in case worker resp.
