There is not LOV in Recovery Type when defining a Tax Recovery Rate

Hi,

When trying to setup a Tax Recovery Rate I cannot find a lov for the Field 'Recovery Type'. I want to select STANDARD that is a seeded value but is not in there.

I have used this environment to setup another Tax Recovery Rates with the value of STANDARD, so I think that my problem is setup?????

Any ideas?
