DR and Downtime details

I'm not very sure if its the correct forum to ask this query that is there any external link or any navigation except Service Information link located at the bottom of the homepage where all such information is captured like Uptime SLA, downtime & Disaster recovery (DR) site hosted etc. This has been asked by client in context to the audit survey held.

Would appreciate any guidance on the same
