Oracle forms memory tuning for better performance

Hi,

We have oracle forms 11g version 11.1.1.3/11.1.1.4 running on weblogic 10.3.3/10.3.4 on RHEL5. We have three servers under cisco load balancer and we have about 250 to 300 sessions on each server. And we have these forms & reports installed on virtual servers with 4 cpu's and 12 gigs of memory. Also we have max user processes value  (-u) 8192 on each server. We have still some performance issues with our forms. most of the reports generated through run_report_object method from forms. We have almost 12g of memory fully utilized on all the servers and we have some peformance issues for
