Scheduled Payment Selection Report R12.1.3 takes forever to complete.

Hi

I submitted a PPR and total documents selected were approx 800.   I can continue with my payment process however, the Scheduled Payment selection report takes approx 1 hour to complete. 

Has anyone encountered this problem?
