Siebel Web Server Extension - Configuration: Error

Hello,

 I use 2 VM with Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.1 kernel -uek 2.6.39-400.23.1 el 6uek. x86_64. I installed all components of Siebel 8.1.1:

Gateway Name Server + Web Server Extension - One VM
Siebel Server + Database Utility - Second VM.

I configured GNS, Siebel Enterprise, Siebel Web Server Extension Logical Profile, installed Siebel Database Schema and Seed Data, Siebel Server and now I would like to configure Siebel Web Server extension.

I downloaded and installed Oracle HTTP Server from "ofm_webtier_linux_11.1.1.7.0_64", it was not possible to install 32 bit version. I have no problem with Oracle HTTP Server and it runs.

When I want to configure SIebel Web Server Extension, to configuration fails. When I check the log I have:
