Incomplete records in the F0719

Hello listers,

 

I have noticed that some of our DBA records are not completely populating in the F0719. What I am seeing is that for some records the Alpha Name is not populating. In other cases the alpha name is populating with the name of the DBA code instead of the employee. In all cases the AB number has populated correctly. Has anyone else seen this? If so do you know what would cause this to happen?
