Price and availability question

Team,

I have a question related to price and availability form

When i open the Price and availability form it automatically defaults the price list to GLOBAL PRICE LIST. which is fine.

Now when i change the item identifier type to "ex: Vendor" and navigate from the field the price list field is blanked out. Is there a way to keep this not to get blanked out? Do we have an option from standard oralce or we need to go for personalization? due to this we are having issues with the unit list price display.
