How to identify Approve And Forward & Forward approvals

Hi,

We are using PO approvals hierarchy. Some of employees forwarding to other employees using Approve And Forward & Forward buttons.

I would like to find out those approvals from backend using po_action_history or wf_notifications tables else some other way,

I don't want query records which is approved by using Approve button.
