Essbase Studio Alias names

 Hi All,
I'm building an Essbase cube using Essbase Studio and I'm on 11.1.2.2.102. When I Deploy the cube, the Alias names are not added to the cube if I have the "name in the Cube" value other than Default and it doesn't allow same name for different dimensions. Has anyone seen this? Any help is appreciated.
