LineItemICField Property is not working for field 'Service Id' for specific Product Structure

Dear,

 I have confgured one Product structure as below and added as a component insdie bundled Promotion ''Pack Interneteveywhere + TV' '.

Belgacom Internet      

    CHILD PROD

            TESTATTR

                           LineItemICField       Service Id

            TESTPROD1

            TESTPROD2

Then Created Bundled Promotion as ''Pack Interneteveywhere + TV' ' and did below configuration

'Pack Interneteveywhere + TV'      

      Belgacom Internet 

                    CHILDPROD

                             TESTPROD2    Defaulted

Testing: 

 Added 'Pack Interneteveywhere + TV'   along with Belgacom Internet . edited 'Service Id' with some value at line item level of Product CHILDPROD. Its attribute is correctly populated with same value as line item 'Service Id'.

But on click of verify, Integrity check violation flag is set to 'Y' and resulting below error
