Procurement Rollup Patch 15843459

I am attempting to do the post-step for the purchasing rollup patch and run the Import Application Accounting Definitions. The last phase of this request (Validate Application Accounting Definitions) completes with a warning. The log file does not reveal any information. Has anyone encountered this before?
