Automatically Printing a URL attachment through EBS

Within Oracle EBS, I have the folowing

Have an attachment, which is a url link to open a PDF file.
Looking for a method of automatically printing the independent PDF file within EBS (concurrent request).
Workaround is to open the file and view the file (browser) and print on a network printer.

Trying to find a way if there is some BI functionality or Reports Developer or Java COncurrent Program functionality that could be used to do this, Print it directly to a EBS setup printer
