If user is invoking the URL PX multiple times the user session is getting locked

Hi All,
We have seen this issue some times before and now frequently as user is trying to invoke a report(URL PX) multiple number of times.
This report is kind of a review and user needs to see this.

The user session is getting locked because of this and we have to unlock the account.
We have LDAP + SSO(IIS as proxy). For the URL PX we are using the direct server URL and not Proxy URL.

Has any one had this issues before? is there any way this can be fixed?
