Removing/disabling vulnerable network protocols

edited Jun 6, 2013 5:26AM in Oracle Solaris System Administration (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered
Due to PCM scan findings, I need to remediate an issue with vulnerable network protocols. The protocols are listed below. I haven't been able to locate much info on removing or disabling these protocols on my sol 10 servers. Anyone have any insight into this? Also, I am concerrned that removing these could create issues with the apps running on the servers. Any recommendations/direction would be greatly appreciated.

Offending protocols: exec, login, time, shell, exec, fs, rpc.ttdbserverd, ttdbserver, 100068, 100083, and netstat. Not all protocols are on all servers, it varies server to server. Thanks in advance for any assistance!
