Package full takes 14 hours.

hello everyone i am using jde91

when i compile a full my full takes up to 14 hours.

the thing is that we have two databases each one on a diferent city which are 200km away. the communitation channel width is 50Mb/s

when on my infrastructure i compile a full package in production it gets done in 3 hours but if i go to my development environment it gets compiled in 13hours.

could anyone please explain why it might be taking soo long to compile a full package on my development environment.
