Is there anyway to open the custrep.dat?

Hi all,

Is there anyway that we can open the custrep.dat generated from development uprade?

And we are not sure what exactly version of this bat. And whether there is other languag code in it?

Because when we tried to import to our Production Test DB, it failed. And we only deployed ENU for our Production Test DB.
