ILOM Remote console works via serial redirection, but not via video redirection

This is happening on two servers. Does not depends whether Solaris 10 or Solaris 11 is installed, Graphic console just shows junk as if refresh frequency too high for the monitor connected.

Should I low the refresh frequency and if yes, how?
