Sales Order Error - Order not Accepted after doing a revision to the order

Hi, I'm facing a problem where an error came up after the order revision. My processing option is enabled for the process 5 - Display Before Accept Prompt. After revising the order, the application p42232 would be called, and after the revise order button is clicked upon, an error which states Order not Accepted would appear. I've tried several JDE versions and changed several settings but the error still persist. I'm currently on E9.1. Assistance on this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
