transactions are hang in inventory open interface

Dear all,

Transactions are hang on in the inventory interface tables with process flag='Y' and no error is there , it did not hit to inventory table mtl_material_transaction yet,

Kindly share your urgent and solide view to sort out , However i have run background process but suggest with inventory parameter.
