Do we need to install JDK when install siebel 8.1.1.10?

Hi All,

I have installed siebel 8.1.1.10 and i find there are JDK folders also created in the home directory, I want to know do we need to install JDK before siebel server 8.1.1.10 installation like what we did for the previews version of siebel?

If we don't need to install JDK ahead, should we still need to add JAVA_HOME environment variable , or the siebel installation would add the value itself?
