Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Terminate the serial number in install base through API

Hi,

We have requirement that Serial number termination in install base. i got one API that CSI_ITEM_INSTANCE_grp.update_item_instance.

but it is not update transaction details/install base History in install base.

Please help on this.
