Jargon Code Processing in EnterpriseOne

I have a requirement where i need to change JDE functionality of Jargon code processing in Enterprise one which is used to change DD item description on Applications and Reports. Can you give me some links or your thoughts as to where and how modification can be done so that the delivered hierarchy in JD Edwards for translation and Jargon code processing can be modified. The current hierarchy that JDE follows is :

Data Dictionary Text Change 
Data Dictionary Jargon  
Vocabulary Overrides             
Event Rule Code

What  i want is to validate Jargon code first from User profile  then from Product System Code , then from Task . Currently Jargon Code is validated first from Product System Code and then from task only.
