Mass additions not populating all required fields

Hi - does anybody have an idea why when creating mass additions not all required fields are populated.

Our client uses 7 segments and only 3 gets populated - any advice please we will only have access to their system next week I only have the problem description and some screen shots from them.

It will be helpful just to get a heads-up if someone has encountered this before.
