Not able to open Log files and output files if file size exceeds 10 MB

Hi All

Oracle EBS version 12.0.6.

We are Not able to open Log and output files if file size exceeds 10 MB. 

Is there a profile value to save the file instead of opening the log and out file directly.

Expecting Result:

click on  Select request > Click on View log or View output >  Option should pop up for Save,

Plz let me know.
