Urgent: POs are going into Inprocess status

Hi All,

Need urgent help/support.

We are facing issues where standard POs are going into 'Inprocess' status and keep it their only.

Workflow says:

Workflow Errors: POAPPRV, 72165-860106, 621001384

Failed Activity  Open Document State

Activity Type  Function

Error Name  1

Error Message  User-Defined Exception

Error Stack  Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(PO_REQAPPROVAL_ACTION.OPEN_DOC_STATE, POAPPRV, 72165-860106, 176705, RUN)

We have already performed following steps to fix the issue:

1. Retry/ Rewind the PO Approval workflow, but it did not work.

2. We have applied the data fix using Metalink Note Id  How To Reset a Purchase Order or Requisition From In Process or Pre-Approved To Incomplete/Requires Reapproval For Isolated Cases [ID 390023.1] , but it did not work.
