How to apply the changed tax rate on the transactions on which tax was already calculated and transf

 Hi,
We have a  situation where tax rate was changed but the same was not updated in the EBTAX.  In the mid of the month User identified the issue the transactions were completed in AR with the old rate of tax.

User wants to apply the new tax rate for the completed transactions in AR. Need help in providing the solution.?
