Amount Header in Shipment Line

Hi
While raising PO ,under shipment line in status tab, we have various columns. Above the column we have "Quantity" as header. See Screenshot.

Under what scenarios the header can come as "Amount".

I had raised an Expense PO but still the Header shows as Qty.

Can some share inputs on this.
