Ops Center - Error while adding the new Assets

 Hi All,
We are configuring the Ops center in Solaris11 LDOM's. I have installed Ops Center 12c in one of the LDOM and trying to other LDOMs into it just for Monitoring the assets. But I am getting the below error. Anyone please assist here?.

FAILED

10.137.132.130

PopulateModel - Population of model complete. (10079)
NetworkAssociateTask - No new network association to the Proxy Controller required. (81275)
