This issue will need to be resolved from the general ledger module.

1. You can either

a. Turn off the cross validation rules that is causing the error on the journal import process

or

b. Correct the journal lines that are in error so they will not violate the cross validation rules.

2. Run Journal Import

please how do i turn off cross validation rules on GL module
