O Batch errors

 Hi,In my integrity report R007021 i see all of O batches which are in error, saying Header F0011 is posted and Detail F0911 unposted. 
Usually it happens when somebody try to manually change anything in batch , i checked but nobody played with it.
So i am not sure why all O batches with doc type OV are going in error. 

Is there any processing option or how it is happening that header is posted and detail unposted.

Please help how can i resolve this issue, is there any report which i can run to select all the O batches which are in error and posted all of them at one shot.
