Does anyone know what table/application updates the F4941.ADDJ

Hello,

Currently when we run the P4205 (Confirm Shipment) application this updates the F4211.ADDJ and inputs a 1 in the F4211.SO02 field. Recently some shipments have been failing the freight update (R4981) process because the ADDJ field is blank in the F4941. Does anyone know how the Actual Ship Date (ADDJ) gets populated in the F4941?
