Smartlists not working after patch

I just patched my system to 11.1.2.1.600.  This is a Staging environment but, after the patch all of my  smartlist drop downs on the data forms are not working any longer.  On one form I have 4 dropdowns.  I can't view the options or type in the cells.  All of the cells are write enabled.
